The Japanese sushi restaurant Sushiro is offering what it’s calling the “Saba Burger.” Check out the dets after the flipper…
It happens to be shime-saba nigirizushi, basically cured mackerel hand-pressed sushi, between two buns with mayo-wasabi sauce.
